1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AxiomGridSolutions PDF Editor software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Software.

• Use the Software to create malicious or harmful content

All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing licenses.

• Bank Transfers (for enterprise customers)

4.3 Automatic Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term

• No refunds for automatic renewals unless required by law

You retain all rights to any documents or content you create or process using the Software. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Software may be used by AxiomGridSolutions without compensation or obligation to you.

7. Updates & Technical Support

7.1 Software Updates

AxiomGridSolutions may provide updates to the Software, which may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or security improvements. Updates are provided according to your license:

• All Plans: Receive updates for 1 year from purchase
• Renewals: Continue receiving updates with license renewal
• Major Versions: May require separate purchase or upgrade

8.1 Limited Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AxiomGridSolutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AxiomGridSolutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AxiomGridSolutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Software in violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination Rights

These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies. We may terminate these Terms immediately if you breach any provision.

9.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Software immediately ends
• You must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software
• You must cease all use of the Software
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, warranties, and liability survive termination

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

1. Negotiation: Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Toronto, Ontario
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration
4. Court Action: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations related to these Terms or the Software.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 Modification Rights

11.2 Acceptance of Changes

Your continued use of the Software after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Software.
